Sometimes we need most of all the reminder that it is possible to push through difficult times, to face our fears and challenges head on and come out better for it.

This woman is one of my heroines - she is a lady who saw suffering and acted in a small kind way which grew into an outreach that involves people all over the world. Meet the chicken lady of Jerusalem.

This man is a force of nature, a beautiful soul and such an inspiration. He is living proof that we can choose to play the hand we are dealt and he is one of my all time heroes - watch and you'll see why...

Sometimes in life the things we planned dont work the way we expected. This athlete Derick Redmond shows that with determination, courage, strength and by believing in what others say is impossible we can do anything. Sometimes its painful, we often need support - but we can get there.
